Chest is the most visual part of our body. Men are most likely to build chest as it make them look bigger and stronger. Their are many exercise to build chest but the most common and effective one is BENCH PRESS

One of the most effective exercise to build chest is BENCH PRESS.
This exercise hits overall chest and help to build it
The correct form of doing this exercise if maintain a slight arc in your back while laying on bench, retract your scapula, keep your shoulder in line with your chest, grip your bar slightly wider than your shoulder width, now slowly move the bar towards your nipples and than push it away.
One of the most important factor is breath control...you breath in while you bring the barbell down and breath out while you move it up.
